The Golden Rule, a historic anti-nuclear peace boat, left Humboldt Bay on Wednesday morning. The Golden Rule has been in Humboldt Bay since June 22 undergoing improvements in preparation for her first ocean crossing since being restored from 2010 to 2015 at Leroy Zerlang’s boat yard in Samoa, CA.
